Super Troopers 3 review

Spoiler-free review

The Broken Lizard crew returns to do the same Super Troopers routine for a third time, which may be everything existing fans want and was absolutely nothing I wanted. I barely remember the original, skipped the second and spent this one wondering why I had bought a ticket. The only thing keeping me in the theater was that leaving meant returning to work, and apparently even bad comedy can beat the office on the right afternoon. If this series is your thing, God bless you. Everyone else should treat the number three as a warning.

If you liked Super Troopers, I imagine you'll probably like Super Troopers 3. I did not like Super Troopers 3, and I don't know why this movie was made.

The Broken Lizard crew is back doing the same basic Super Troopers thing again. I don't care. I wanted to walk out.

The only reason I stayed was because I was bored with work that day, and the alternative to finishing Super Troopers 3 was going back to the office. I wasn't doing that. So I finished Super Troopers 3.

I have apparently seen the first Super Troopers. I barely remember it. I definitely did not see Super Troopers 2, which in retrospect probably should have been useful information before buying a ticket to Super Troopers 3.

There are people who like this. God bless you. This is your movie. It is not mine.

It's hot garbage. Don't watch it unless you really liked the first one. Then I guess do whatever you people do.
