H Is for Hawk produced an unusually complete critical response in me: no. Not “interesting but flawed,” not “perhaps for another audience,” and not “I respect what it attempted.” None of this. I do not want to revisit it, unpack it or watch anything that recreates the experience. Sometimes elaboration lends a movie more dignity than the reaction honestly contains. This one receives the concise answer it earned.

Nope. None of this. Don't make me watch anything like this again.
