Hamilton remains the best, and this filmed performance preserves the original cast that made the phenomenon: Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom Jr., Renée Elise Goldsberry, Daveed Diggs, Jonathan Groff and an ensemble with no weak link. Unless you were in the room a decade ago, this is the way to see those people inhabit those roles together. The writing, music, staging and performances have been analyzed exhaustively because they justify it. I have no corrective note or clever reservation to add. Good grief, it is amazing.

I don't have any notes. Hamilton is the best. And this is the only way to see it with the original cast other than actually being there a decade ago. And that original cast, I mean come on, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Leslie Odom Jr., Renée Elise Goldsberry, Daveed Diggs, Jonathan Groff, etc, etc? Good grief. Amazing all the way around.
